Adopt a Labrador Retriever / American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

3, 2, 1. That is the number of seconds it took me to utterly destroy this squeaky toy.  That fuzzy feeling of the cotton on my tongue and triumph of removing that noisey squeak dispensing thingy is very satisfying. You should try it sometime! Although I guess my disclaimer should be it really isn’t recommended for humans.  My Foster Mom calls me Rox, it rhymes with Socks, but I don’t chew on socks, just squeaky toys. I am a boy, silky smooth, black white streaked, 1 year old, 45 pound Pitbull/Lab mix.  I am sweet and sociable with humans, but I have not been a fan of the dogs at my Foster Home.  I am not fond of them all smelling my bum and I growled and reacted to tell them to get away from me.  Foster Mom says right now I have to be listed as going to a home as an only dog, but she is working towards making me more comfy with her big dogs and hopefully we can edit that part out soon. Coming from the streets I am just protective of myself, my food, my water and my new found squeaky toys!
 
If you don’t mind adopting a work in progress read on.  I am ADORABULL and a little bit short and stocky so that is why they think I am mostly Pitbull. Foster Mom giggles how I spread out over all my toys when I play with them. I do love my toys. I am fun to be around and quite cuddley for a medium sized guy. I am about 90% potty and crate trained, but still working on getting 100 pawcent on that too! Do you want to meet me?  Just email [email protected] and tell them you want ME ... or to meet me!!

GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
