Johannes is a very playful little girl! She likes all sorts of balls she can bat and chase around but she especially likes toys on the end of a string and stick. She will jump up to catch them and sometimes does somersaults when she is playing!! Once she has worn herself out playing she wants to rest and will find a spot to sleep the day away! It's exhausting being a kitten and she knows the value of sleep. And this just means lots of cute, sleeping kitty photos to be taken because sleeping kittens are the CUTEST!! She gets really excited when her humans come home and will come to you for pets and snuggles!! She'll let you pick her up easily and then she'll cuddle with you if you keep petting her. She likes scratches on her chest, head, and cheek areas! Johannes is a pretty low maintenance cat, but she's super active and playful when she wants to be. She loves her alone time too so no worries leaving this girl at home when you are away. Johannes has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). It is possible for kittens six months and younger to shed this virus completely and test negative, so Johannes will be re-tested for FeLV at her six month birthday, at which time a definitive diagnosis can be assured. Until then, Johannes should live with no other cats or kittens to ensure the virus is not passed.
