ADOPTION PROCESS
Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

ADORABLE Sparky is a 13-month-old, Boxer mix, that was rescued by her current guardian a few months ago. She had been kept tied up outside all day and then put in a cage in the garage, at night. She has been spayed, is up-to-date on her shots, and gets along with children and other dogs. They are looking for a home that will give her all the love and attention this sweet girl deserves after her rough start in life, as they work extremely long days and are not home much.
