Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)
Tallahassee the Cat needs a home
Tallahassee
is Feline Leukemia positive (FeLV+), which means there are a few additional requirements for her care: she must be an indoor only cat; needs to be an only cat unless the other cat/s in the household are also FeLV+, and she needs access to routine and emergency veterinary care as she may be more susceptible to illness than a cat who is not carrying the virus would be. Tallahassee would be a great cat to add to your household if you already have a dog, as the virus is not transmissible across species.
I love to play with my sister Ocala and wrestle her all day long. I also love chasing toys, strings, sitting on heating vents, playing hide and seek with cardboard boxes and cuddling up next to you. I am a little reserved in seeking human attention, but I'm very sweet. I so like to cuddle and I have a great purring motor to show you how happy I am when you pet me! Once Ocala jumps in your lap, I'm usually right behind her. I am FeLV + so I would need to be adopted by someone special who can keep an eye out for my particular medical needs and I would be happiest if you could adopt me along with my sister Ocala as we love to play together. She is FeLV+ as well, so we make a good pair and can keep each other company.
This cute kitten is available for adoption through Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, and currently resides in one of our loving foster homes. Please contact the foster parent today to learn more!
