These are the answers to some frequently asked questions. If your question is not covered here, we will get back to you within a few days. We are a small organization, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to respond to each inquiry.

Are you wondering if the kitty you saw online is still available? We update our list every day—the cats and kittens shown online are available as of our Adoption Center's opening time on the day you did your search. www.SeattleAreaFelineRescue.org/adoptable-pets/

Do I have to make an appointment to see our kitties? You do not—you can just stop by during our adoption hours. We are open noon to 7 pm, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, 2pm-5pm on Mondays. We are not open for adoptions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Check our website for holiday hours. Most of our cats are at the Adoption Center. Some cats are in foster care. If so, that is noted in their profile.

THE ADOPTION CENTER WILL BE CLOSED ON DECEMBER 25.

Where we are located? 14717 Aurora Ave. N, Shoreline, WA 98133.

Do you have an online adoption application? Our rescue does not have an adoption application that needs to be filled out in advance. Everything is done at the time of your visit to the Adoption Center or to the foster home.

Do I need to buy a carrier or food before adopting? No. We sell carriers, food, litter, litterboxes, toys and anything else you may you need for the kitties in our retail section of the rescue. 100% of the profits go back into the rescue to support our mission.

What are your adoption fees and what is included?

· Adult cat 7 years and older: $50

· Cat or kitten* under 7 years: $125

· Two cats or kittens under 7 years: $200

Note that kittens under 6 months of age are adopted in pairs. They need another young feline to continue their socialization and growth into a well adjusted adult cat. http://www.seattleareafelinerescue.org/single-kitten-syndrome/

Our cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and come with a free post-adoption vet exam.

Thanks again!
