Captain aka Buster the Dog needs a home

Captain of his own ship!! Captain is an incredibly mellow people, child loving 64 pound neutered male Cattle Dog...Captain was rescued and recovered after being abandoned by his family who moved away and left him to fend for himself! He is one of the most calm, loyal, gentle large dog we have ever encountered and he is only 2 years old, fully vetted, microchipped and vaccinated. Captain has not had an easy life, surviving by his wits in the inland empire, dodging cars and coyotes.



Captain deserves a home that has experience with herding working dogs. He would make a GREAT SERVICE DOG, because of his demeanor is so calm. His mouth is gentle and soft when taking a treats or food too! Captain only wants love and to be close to his people, and would best if he is a constant companion dog and has exercise and maybe a job.
