American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (medium coat) Dog

SNOW the Dog needs a home

brought me here so I can have a fresh start with a new family. I was scared at first because this place is kinda noisy. Lucky for me, there are so many kind and gentle people here that promise me I won''t have to stay long. They tell me that my new family will find me, take me home, and love me forever. I hope that is you!
Snow is the `whole package`: gorgeous, sweet, smart, and a portable 38 lbs. We think she would be fantastic in a family with kids as young as 8 years who will know how to give her some time to adjust to her new life, since she can be a bit shy initially. We were so impressed with her gentle manners during her glamour shot despite all of the dog, people, and squeaky toy activity happening around her. Snow is still a youngster so she''ll need regular exercise. Quiet daily walks will help her to build her confidence as she adjusts to her new family. We always recommend group training classes, particularly with shyer dogs, which is not only a great bonding experience, but also a great confidence builder. Snow is surely some family''s perfect canine partner. So, bring the family (2 and 4 legged members) over to our Westside shelter and prepare to be charmed!
