Gracie the Cat needs a home
Our website is updated daily
Gracie is spayed, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Approx. DOB is February 2013.
Gracie didn't choose to leave the only home she ever knew. The authorities decided that for her. Her original mom got in over her head trying to help all the homeless kitties and ended up with 40+ cats in the house. When it was court ordered that all the cats be removed, NAR agreed to help out. It took Gracie quite a while to adjust to her new surroundings, but eventually she acclimated into her foster home. She's a tiny girl, but size doesn't matter! She can hold her own with the other cats and can sometimes be a little overwhelming for her housemates. Since she's come out of her shell, Gracie is a playful ball of fluffy fur! While the others are cat napping, she's playing with whatever is nearby, be it a toy or a tag hanging from the box spring! She loves the laser pointer and the Cat's Meow toy. Well, she actually loves all toys! Although she's not very vocal, she does chirp as she walks around with a toy spring or foil ball in her mouth. Gracie would do best in an adult household. So far she's not much of a lap cat, but does follow her foster mom around like a dog. Don't think you'll ever go into the bathroom alone again if you think Gracie is the girl for you!
