SKIPPY the Dog needs a home

Skippy probably had a rough start, was brought to shelter with old fracture of left hind leg. He is scared of loud noises ,big voices and mops. His fracture has been repaired, but his confidence and trust is taking a little longer. He is friendly, but a little cautious at first. He got use to walking with a leash. He loves to bask in the sun, explore the back yard and relax in a comfy bed. He has gotten along well with my other fosters dogs who are also small. I''m not sure how he feels about cats. He would do best in a quiet house with a kind, gently, patient owner who would help him build his confidence.
