Adopt a Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat)

Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Bean the Dog needs a home

Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.

Meet Bean!

Bean is a “courtesy listing” for a kind person who has reached out to ARWOB, hoping we can provide more exposure for several rescue dogs she has in her care.

Bean has the typical Chi personality — fun, happy, energetic, protective of his owner, but never mean. He gets along with small and medium dogs of all types. However, he appears nervous around big dogs — we cannot say we blame him, because when you are a little guy you sometimes get nervous around the big boys. He is okay with cats, but he will chase cats if they run away. If they puff up or ignore him, he will ignore them. If he does chase a cat, he never catches them or tries to hurt them. Bean does not display any separation anxiety. He sleeps in his crate at night and is house broken. He loves to play, but he can also be a couch potato and enjoys taking nap under the covers.

If you would like to meet Bean and give him the forever loving home he deserves, please fill out an online adoption application. Don’t wait!
