Monte the Cat needs a home
This boy was the epitome of a street cat when we took him into our program. He has a left tipped ear which meant he had been trapped, neutered and released. Many of the neighbors fed him and cared for him and he was happy until…..well, a new family moved in that didn’t like cats and the boys in the family began using him as target practice with bb guns. Then a fight with another cat and it was time for him to come and join our program. It took him a bit before he was all healed and ready to be a healthy indoor boy cat. Black cats get looked over many times in a shelter just because they don’t stand out like other pretty colors but we think black cats are gorgeous when they are healthy and well cared for, like this boy. He is super super sweet and affectionate. He just needs someone to give him a chance to show that off. Monte, boy, born approx. 2008
