Adopt a Domestic Short Hair
Cowboy the Cat needs a home
What better way to spend a lazy summer afternoon than lounging in your favorite hammock? We found Cowboy LOVES his hammock, and enjoys hours literally just hangin' around. We should all have a life like that, huh? Cowboy is a typical young adult kitty, playful, inquisitive, and happy-go-lucky. He gets along well with the other kitties in his foster home, especially his sister Dottie. He's somewhat shy and relies upon Dottie for comfort and companionship, so his foster mom would like them to be adopted together. Adopting a young adult is a 10-20 year commitment, is beneficial because their personalities are already developed, and will provide many years of love, devotion, entertainment, and companionship. Cowboy's ideal human companions are those who crave the fun, energy, joy, and inquisitiveness of a young adult, and will happily include him in their daily activities. He'll do best in a quiet home (no small, active children) with another pet (hopefully his sister Dottie) and older children to keep him company. With a loving and understanding family, he'll be a wonderful and constant companion for many years. Born in May 2012, Cowboy is a black and white bicolor DSH male. He has a cobby-body shape, which is compact, rounded, and quite muscular. He loves to jump and run and play. Cowboy is neutered, fully vaccinated (FVRCP and rabies), tested negative for FeLV, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped for identification. He uses his litterbox and scratching post, and must be indoors-only. Please contact Cowboy's foster mom at [email protected] or call
