Cornflakes: Angelic Senior Looking for Love the Cat needs a home

Meet Cornflakes, a sweet, declawed senior boy who was abandoned at Animal Care and Control by his previous owner. He was about to be euthanized when Brooklyn Animal Action stepped in, pulled him out, and brought him back to safety.

A gentle soul, full of love and kindness, Cornflakes loves petting time and pushes his head into your hand, asking for more. His happiest time of day is when he gets to curl up and sleep on a bed with a human, chilling and enjoying the company.

An ultrasound recently revealed that Cornflakes has a mass on his liver. Fortunately, it’s not affecting him currently, so no treatment is required.

We’re looking for a long-term foster home or—even better—an adopter for Cornflakes, so that this amazing senior can live out his golden years with a warm lap to call his own. Cornflakes is neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to step in and be his hero,, email Tara at [email protected]!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

All Brooklyn Animal Action dogs and cats are available to foster or adopt.
