Adopt a Domestic Short Hair / Mixed

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed Cat

Willow C1706 the Cat needs a home

Hi everyone! My name is Willow, and I’m a beautiful and sweet girl with a pretty tortie coat—the colors are so pretty when you see me in the sunlight! My name suits me well, as I'm a soft and gentle kitty. You know--perfect!

Just so you know, I’m a tad timid at first, but friendly once I get to know you a little—my foster home says any family would be lucky to have me! I love getting my belly rubbed, rolling in some catnip, or lazing in the sun watching the wildlife out the window! I’m also very well behaved and love a good cat tree with a scratching rug on it so I can give my claws a good workout!

My foster mom says I am the easiest foster cat she has ever had! I’m laid-back and only ask for a little attention and playtime each day and I’m good to go. When I want your time, I’ll come closer to you and give you a soft little meow. Sometimes I curl up for an hour or two on the bed while my family sleeps--they like waking up to my cute little face and big purr! My favorite toys are my pom poms and sparkle balls! I like to carry them around and chase them for a couple of minutes, but I don't play for too long because I have asthma and it is kind of hard to breathe sometimes if I work too hard. Cardboard scratchers are nice too--good for stress relief!

My new family should be patient and let me do things on my own terms. I can be independent, but I do enjoy lying nearby and hanging out with my people. I love to have my chin and neck scratched, too! I don’t like a super-busy household or lots of loud noises—those make me hide! So my ideal family would be a family with no little ones to scare me. I love my human foster brother and hang out with him while he plays computer games. He likes it when I sit next to him and observe! I need to be an only animal in my new house, I am not fond of other cats or dogs. If you became my new forever family, I promise to reward you with lots of love. Let’s meet and see if you are the right purr-son for me!

I am 8 years old, spayed, up-to-date on shots, and micro-chipped.
