Adopt a Alaskan Malamute (long coat)

Alaskan Malamute (long coat) Dog

Mally the Dog needs a home

Mally is about 8 years old, and was surrendered after an incident involving a very small dog. For this reason, she cannot be adopted to anyone having a small dog (under 30 pounds), cat, or other small pet that she could get to.

Malamutes and Huskies have a very high prey drive and if something runs from them, they want to chase and catch it.

Mally is a very nice dog, she loves people and medium-large dogs. Walks great on a leash, is housebroken, loves to go for rides in the car. Great manners and affectionate, she just needs a responsible owner to keep her safe.

All of our dogs are available for a $150 donation. This includes them being spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and fully vaccinated.

To adopt a dog, we require an approved pre-application, as well as a securely fenced yard. This means an actual, physical, fence. "Invisible" fences are not acceptable, sorry. If you live in an apartment and do not have a yard, we are not able to adopt to you.

Please contact us at: [email protected] for details.

Please note: we typically do not do "out of the area" adoptions. This would be any location more than 60 miles away from the Reno/Carson City area.
