Hi, 

My name is Cleo. I was saved by N.A.B.S. when I was impounded in a high kill local shelter. I am approx. 6 years old and approx. 50lbs. I am waiting to find my forever family and home. I am very shy but friendly and loving just that I was not socialized enough and I am very anxious in new situations and with new people so I will avoid looking at you for some time until I know you better. I am not a destroyer and I will be great on a daily routine. I can walk with a leash and that will be the best way to handle me until I know the new routine. The best will be live in an small house with an small fenced yard where I can fell protected and have an space (under a table or in a crate where I feel protected in the house. Training will help me gain confidence. My foster mom says that I am very scared of storms so I prefer do not be outside when lighting, etc.

I am fostered in the Houston, TX area. My local adoption fee is $150 and includes all my vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, and I am heartworm negative and have been maintained on monthly heartworm/flea prevention. I can be adopted out of state and sent to you one of two ways both of which include the above adoption fee ($150 that it will be tax return). There is a 3-day rescue ground transport for $400. or I can be flown to you arriving same day for approx. $600. The additional cost of air fare also includes my new travel porta-kennel which is mine to keep. N.A.B.S. will be happy to share more detailed cost comparison of ground vs. air if you are interested in adopting me.
