When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.

A5142663 Sandy Duncan is a darling 11-year-old gray-and-white female Pit Bull and Boxer mix whose owners left her at the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on January 12th because they could not provide her veterinary care. Weighing 54 lbs, Sandy is a gentle and easygoing older girl. She savors human companionship and will happily sit by your side enjoying your
petting. She walks respectably on leash and enjoys being out exploring--at a gentle and leisurely pace. She passed her shelter-administered temperament test with flying colors, which makes her ideal for any household. Just because she is more laid-back, we think she would be happiest with another relaxed dog should she join a multi-dog home. Sandy will be a wonderful indoor companion in a loving home that appreciates and reciprocates her attention.
