Somaya - URGENT the Dog needs a home
Somaya can't seem to catch a break. She has been adopted out 3 different times, but has ended up back at our rescue. She is such a sweet dog! She loves her people. She is loyal, smart, and low energy. She just wants to cuddle with you on the couch! We think she could possibly live with another dog, but her social skills are not the best and she has lived alone for many years now. She would need an adopter who has experience with very slow, proper introductions and a canine sibling who is very friendly. She has to have a cat free home. Somaya has lived with children before and lived peacefully in her last home for 16 months with her human sister, but the family said she nipped at the child twice. We don't know for sure what caused her to do this, but we feel confident that it is something that can be managed and she could live fine with a child. Somaya will growl and kind of snap if she is startled while asleep, but many dogs will do this. She is such a special girl who deserves to finally have her forever home.
