Cricket the Dog needs a home
Meet Cricket. The sweetest, 10 year old standard poodle you'll ever meet. Cricket was surrendered to us with her sister, Katie, when their owner could no longer care for them. We're so glad SPIN was called because we absolutely adore these girls!
Cricket and Katie love each other and we'd love to find them a home where they can stay together. They are fully house trained, lovable, confident, kind hearted ladies who love their food and a good romp around the yard. They both walk great on a leash, are comfortable in the car and are cautious, but friendly, when meeting new people.
Cricket is a very friendly girl who just wants to spend her days lounging in the sun, going for walks and enjoying your company. We do have some sad news for Cricket. When she went in for her vet appointment it was discovered that she has leukemia. While no treatment is required and she isn't in any pain, the vet advised us not to spay her and put her through surgery. The vet did inform us that her cancer is slow growing. Cricket says she doesn't feel sick, but she'll soak up all the extra loving you want to give her!
