Bow or Bowie is such a fun little boy! He is full of puppy energy and loves to prance around and explore his surroundings. He is very curious of EVERYTHING, so keeping toys and bones around for him in the house is great to keep him occupied and out of things that he shouldn’t be in. 

He is timid around new people, and jumpy if you move too quickly. But once he warms up to you, he promises to give you plenty of kisses and even let you rub his little belly! He’s definitely an independent and adventurous pup and doesn’t mind exploring by himself. 

Walking on a leash is very new to Bow. He will pancake on the ground and isn’t quite sure of how it works and why to follow you. We are currently training him inside and just having the leash on him so he gets the hang of it. 

Thankfully Bow loves his crate! It’s his safe place and bedroom. After long hours of play and running around, you can find him curled up in there for a power nap. We keep his bed and lots of blankets and toys in there to comfort him (he’s pretty spoiled). He has no issues being in there for a couple of hours when we are not home, and he also goes in there willingly. 

Bow is also very food motivated so training is enjoyable for him! Right now, he is still working on going to the bathroom outside, but he doesn’t handle the cold Minnesota weather too well and will not stay outside for long. He still has a few accidents here and there in the house, but I’m positive that he will get that down soon! 

Bow sits very nicely in his crate during car rides and doesn’t make a peep. He also takes good baths-definitely doesn’t love them, but he makes it easy for you ;) 

Bow is an overall very sweet and fun little boy and can’t wait to find his forever family!
