Finley the Dog needs a home


Thank you for considering adoption...all our dog adoption fees include spay or neuter, microchip, shots up to date for their age, deworming if needed, and any other necessary medical needs they require.



 




Finley is a 5 year old puggle-terrier, possibly a bit corgi, total mutt, with a very unique look! Ideal Canine DNA candidate! He is very affectionate and will play with other dogs he is comfortable with. He is okay with kids and cats that are confident. He is not fond of strangers or men, hats, bicycles and skateboards. An ideal home would be a single woman without a lot of company with a fenced yard who can help him gain confidence and feel secure. He is protective of his owner and home. He has lived with children but a calm home would be better. We are working on positive reinforced fear reactivity counter conditioning and have started Finley on Zoloft to help deal with his anxiety. This combination will help him gain confidence and a new home where he is not feeling threatened will help him thrive. Finley is in amazing shape, a slim 28 pounds. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. If you think you would be a match for this beautiful special boy, please fill out an application.
