Hey guys, thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Winnie and I'm the cutest girl in the world (or at least this is what my foster mom says). I am a short, little stocky girl but don't let these short legs fool you though, I am fast and I love to run, jump and play with toys! I do great with dogs, and actually look to them to show me the ropes. I would love a friend to play with, but if not, I need an owner willing to give me all the love, attention and training I deserve. I am a super happy girl, nothing gets me down! Everyone that meets me just tells me how much they love me. I am doing a really good job working on my manners and am already crate trained! I am not 100% potty trained yet, but getting closer every day. I am a super fun, loving and affectionate girl who would love to find a forever home!

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
