Maverick:  I feel the need...for speed... is a quote from everyone's favorite Tom Cruise movie character, Maverick. I am the fur baby version of that character.  Not only am I incredibly handsome, I LOVE people, other dogs, cats...but don't be bringing around no chickens.  You see I was owner surrendered and that's why, I chased their chickens and they didn't  want to take the time to train me that "Chicken Chasing" was a "No,No!" Give me a break!!! I'm just 11 months old! They tell me that I am part Jack Russell and Heeler. My silky fur is black and white and I weigh about sixteen pounds.  I would love to go on long walks with you, cuddle, and give you lots of wet kisses.  Just like Iceman said to Maverick in "Top Gun", " You can be my wingman any time"...I am waiting to be some lucky human family's best wingman...come check me out!

ADOPTION FEES:    




Dogs:  Males - $100 and Females - $125.  This fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, including rabies shot, fecal, and heartworm test.  If dog has not received these services, you will be responsible for taking the dog within 30 days to Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington.  




Puppies in FOSTER CARE ONLY under 4 months old:  Males - $125 and Females - $150.  This includes 4 sets of vaccinations, deworming and spay/neuter/rabies shot thru Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington.  If puppy is too young to be altered within 30 days, approximate time for spay/neuter will be set based on age.




 Cats:  Males - $75 and Females - $100 – This fee includes spay/neuter, fecal and vaccinations (FVRCP-FELK and Rabies) thru Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington.  If cat is not altered, spay/neuter appointment must be set within 30 days of adoption or based on kittens’ age.  GAP does not test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).




 Kittens in FOSTER CARE ONLY under 4 months old:  Males - $100 and Females - $125.  This fee includes two sets of vaccinations (8-10 wks & 12 weeks + rabies shot), deworming, and spay/neuter when old enough thru Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington.  GAP does not test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).




If a pet has a special adoption fee, it will be listed in their individual posting!!
