Harley is a smart and friendly boy who clearly had a family once. He knows sit, down, and "high five." He is strong on the leash, but does like to go for a jog and is much more manageable and cuddly with his energy out.


Harley has been unfriendly to other dogs at the shelter but he loves people and would be a devoted only pet.
