Birdie the Dog needs a home
Birdie is ready for her retirement home! This sweet old gal has come a long way. She was in a home for all of her life. She has had a few litters of puppies but doesn't seem to be very social with other dogs. At the age of 9 her owners hit on hard times and they had to move around. Birdie got put outside and basically just ignored. She was getting old and just wanted to be inside with her people and she didn't understand. She also was having some medical issues. Once we got her, she was taken to the vet and given a complete medical exam and got all of her vaccines up to date. She had a rough time having 6 tumors removed, and the vet gave her clear margins. She is healing and is ready to find her new home. She's 10 years old and so sweet. She is a love bug. She still has a lot of play in her. She's waiting to find a nice retirement home to lay her head down. Can you be that home for her?
