Hulk is a large boy who loves to lay around and sleep on or under beds, couches, shelves, wherever he chooses really! Since he was living outside fending for himself for an unknown amount of time. he really likes having food and water readily available! He also loves his treats!
He currently stays in the basement and is happy to stay there away from the 2 dogs upstairs. He lives with a parrot, rabbit and 2 small dogs but hasn't been around the rabbit or parrot yet. He definitely doesn't appreciate the dogs so he prefers to stay away from them.
He likes to rub up against your legs and loves to be pet and scratched behind his ears and his behind! He even loves being brushed and boy does he have a lot of extra hair so frequent brushing is a must! He's not really into his cat toys nor has he scratched on any furniture or anything so he doesn't seem to need any type of scratching post.
He just likes to lay around and be fed and loved up. He's only been around and loves older respectful kids and adults. Due to his size and unknown history he may be better in a household with older respectful children rather than young children. He would make a great cat for a senior who's home often and can give him the attention he loves and deserves after being outside alone for so long!

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
