Ducky the Dog needs a home
Ducky is about 5 years old as of January, 2018. This boy spent most of his life outside and was given up because his family got a new puppy. Even with his past, he has a quiet, sweet temperament. He was a little shy at first but, with only a few treats and scratches behind his ears, his tail starts to wag when he sees us now and comes right up to us. He typically just ignores other dogs whether large or small. He would do fine with a dog that just didn't mess with him much. He walks on a leash also. He has the potential to be a nice companion when he learns how nice it is to have a family that loves him. This poor boy did test positive for heartworms and is currently on the slow kill method for heartworms. This makes him no less deserving of a good home. Ducky will be current on all medical (neuter, shots, heartworm and flea prevention).
