Elliott the Cat needs a home

Born July 4, 2017, little Elliot is the red tabby kitten at adoptions who sticks his paws out the cage door to play with passersby. And Elliot likes everyone - from toddler to senior citizen, he is definitely a people kitty. Elliot's foster family has two children under 6 years of age, so he is growing up with young children. Their house also has other cats, so he would be a great friend for another kitty. Elliott plays hard and then conks out and sleeps hard. It is so cute!
