Approximate Weight: 9lbs as of 2 FEB 2018

Has Lived With: other dogs

Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Special adoption considerations: YOUNG PUPPY! Due to Sport's tender age he can not be left for more than 2-3 hours at a time. Adopters who are away from the home for the standard 8+ hour workday will need to provide proof of a multiple times a day dog walking commitment PRIOR to adoption.

Wiggle it just a little bit YEAH! Howdy sports fans! Sport here and I'm ready to wiggle around the rink, field, pitch, courts...you name it I'll wiggle around it. I'm an energetic young guy and I want to be your best bud!

Let's take long walks so we can get in shape for spring training! Or how about we head down to the doggie park so I can get some locker room barks in with my buds.

One things for sure I'll need to go to obedience school...I want to be a well mannered guy.

Sport is not old enough to have had all of his vaccines.  It will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time.  Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, he is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.   

Due to his young age, Sport has not yet been spayed or neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 1 MAY 2018.   

Like most puppies, Sport will need to work on his housetraining. Sport will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
