Adopt a Dachshund / Mixed (short coat)

They call me the Gator cuz this one time at rescue camp in 1942 I roped a gator with my bear hands.  Sounds like a tall tail right? Well, wrong, I can’t tail tall tails cuz I am a Weenie mix, I am too short to tail tall tails.  Also, I don’t have bear hands at all, I have dog paws.  Jus joshing around folks.  The real reason they call me Gator is cuz when I play with my friends, I shuffle on my belly and throw my fierce choppers around like a gator. Dogs know that means I am fun to play with. Life tip, do not actually play with real gators.  As afurmentioned, I am a Weenie dog mix, but bigger than your average weenie and will be in the 20-25 pound range, I am 7 months old. Foster Mama says I am low and solidly built.  I am a red chili dog and good for a snuggle or two. I love to wrastle with other dogs, but I am not kitty friendly. I also like to play with toys and I am working on getting 100% potty trained and crate trained at my Foster House. I might not be tall in stature, but I am very tall when it comes to LOVE and I hope you adopt me.  Please just email [email protected] and tell them you want ME!  I'll be waiting : )

GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
