Hodge Podge the Cat needs a home
Hodge Podge was a mess when he came to the shelter! He had frostbite on his feet and infected bite wounds from being attacked. He has been in foster care and is finally ready to find his forever home. Physically, Hodge Podge is fine but he still has some emotional scars. He is looking for a quieter adult home. Kids who are old enough to understand that he needs gentle handling would be fine too. He is very tolerant but does not like to be picked up. If you give him time to feel safe with you he enjoys gentle pets and ear scratches. He does fine with other cats and has lived with dogs in his foster home (he would be OK with an easy going dog that gave him his space; he would not appreciate a bouncy puppy who wanted to play). He has a lot of love to give to the lucky person that gives him a second chance!
