Quincy's favorite things: Quincy loves hanging outside and exploring. It's been so cold here that we have not gotten a chance to go to the park and do lots of other fun things like meeting new dogs. He loves to hang out and chew a marrow bone. I don't think he would do well with small animals as he was very focused on foster home's chickens for the first few days. He lost interest but I wouldn't put him in a room with a chicken. Quince is pretty independent, while he loves company of people he is cool to hang out himself and nap, look out the window or chew a bone. He is really large! He is 135 pounds but everyone swore he was 150 before he stepped in the scale. He has been on a diet though and probably lost a few pounds in the 2 weeks he has been with his foster home.
Quincy is good at: meeting people, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, making me feel safe, cuddling, playing
Ideal home: a fenced yard
Training Needs: socialization with dogs, leash training
Health issues:
Meet Quincy
Quincy is pretty chill. If you are looking for a companion who is not too needy he is your boy. He is getting better on a leash and knows how to sit but did not have any training before as far as we can tell. I think he would do well with a large female K9 companion as he does not seem dog aggressive at all. Overall he is a really sweet big boy.
