Lurch the Cat needs a home
Sweetheart, Playful, Amusing You rang? Wait, that's a different Lurch. This one is a frolicsome, tabby sweetheart with possibly the longest whiskers you've ever seen! She prefers playing to answering doors, and will animatedly attack most any cat toy. She is particularly fond of the turbo scratcher and will gladly entertain herself chasing that irresistible ball around the track. She doesn't moan like her namesake, but she's been known to happily purr if you pet her pretty coat and will increasingly approach you for delectable rubs as she gets to know you. Lurch would do best in a home with a forever family who will indulge her playful side regularly and be ready to dole out the loving as well. Lurch is good with other kitties and would do well in a home with other FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus) cat friends. Lurch is FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus), which causes a weakened immune system and requires special care. APA! provides some medical assistance after adoption. Cats with FeLV typically have a shortened lifespan. Lurch is not contagious to people or dogs, but should live only with other FeLV+ cats. For more information, please contact APA! or read more by our Partner, Best Friends Animal Society: http://bit.ly/2FwYCxR So get an adopter's glow on, a playful kitty you can love on, we hope you make a call on (Lurch!), and are her forever fam-i-ly...snap, snap! All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
