Ember is an affectionate girl who likes to fetch balls in the yard and play with toys. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home ... playing with one who wants to play, and respecting the one who prefers to be left alone.
Born around 4/4/17, we were told she is a Blue Heeler mix, so actual heritage is anyone's guess. She weighs about 35 lbs. Ember was adopted as a puppy and returned recently due to housetraining issues. She has improved significantly in her foster home and is crated overnight without any accidents. She does require frequent potty breaks throughout the day. We are hoping that once Ember is comfortable in her new home, this frequency can be reduced as she relaxes. Ember is wary of strangers, but warms up quickly and is a very loving girl who likes to cuddle. She will need a little help learning that the world is not such a scary place. If you have the time and patience, you'll gain a companion devoted to you for the rest of her life.
