Lad/TN the Dog needs a home
***update*** Last week we posted about Lad as we kicked off a fundraiser to pay for his medical care. We are extremely excited to get to post some new photos showing his progress! "One vet said he should be put to sleep, that his chances were slim and would be a long hard recovery. Dr. Anderson said let's give him a chance! ......Lad has come from completely paralyzed from the neck down to these pictures today! Standing and taking some wobbly steps!" Thank you to those that have donated.
Lad is ready for foster or adoption.
We were asked to help sweet Lad after his family no longer felt like he was needed in their lives. He was not mobile and could not even keep himself upright. After his vet exam it was discovered that his vertebra is bone on bone. Under our vet's care and advice, we attempted to improve his quality of life. He is currently undergoing physical and drug therapy to see if we can improve his quality of life.
