August the Dog needs a home
Hi, My name is August and I am an 8 year old Beagle boy. When I came into the pound it was found that I had the nasty heart worms but the rescue took care of that! I am doing much better now. It will not prevent me from having a normal life from now on.They got me neutered and brought up to date on all my shots too. I was someones outdoor hunting dog so I was not very well taken care of. I get along with other dogs and all people. No one has seen me with cats so they don't know how I feel about them. I guess most Beagles don't, but I like toys! I will carry them around. I don't really care about chasing bunnies-I am pretty calm. A walk a day would be enough for me I am a sweet loving boy, just looking for a nice warm home and someone to love and continue to work with me on the things I need to know to be an inside dog.Being indoors suits me just fine, after such a harsh first part of my life.I do not care about beagleing- I just love the bed here.
