Duvall the Dog needs a home
Meet our gorgeous and loving girl, Duvall.
We found this young pup waiting out her time at a rural shelter. She jumped at the kennel door letting us know she was ready for her Freedom Ride. We just couldn't say "no". And we are so glad we had her ride shotgun to a better life.
Duvall is super enthusiastic about everything. She loves other dogs, people, toys, food and of course, treats. Everything she does she brings a sense of excitement and enthusiasm. She is one of the happiest dogs we have ever had in our Adoption Program.
We had a chance to practice some early clicker training with her and she LOVED it. She is su
per motivated by treats and loves the challenge at trying to figure out the next "game".
She learned "sit" in a matter of minutes. So, we moved on to a more challenging training session to have her put her feet up on a box. She loved the work . . . . and within about 10 minutes she was touching that box with such force and excitement. Another minute or two and we had her standing with her front feet on the box!
If you are looking for a dog who may truly enjoy agility, rally or fly ball . . . . this girl may be your best partner in competition.
She is a sweetheart who needs an active home with someone home more than not who will give her structure and training. She will reward you with unconditional, enthusiastic love forever.
