Adopt a Beagle / American Bulldog / Mixed (short coat)

Tipsy is a 2 year old female Beagle/American Bulldog mix.  She came into our rescue as a cruelty case from Escambia County because her so called owners decided to shoot her, and that resulted in her losing one of her front legs.  Despite this terrible cruelty, Tipsy is the sweetest lovebug around.  She enjoys spending her days sleeping on the couch or getting her belly rubbed.  Tipsy gets along well with all dogs, big and small and does not pay any attention to the kitties in her Amazing Foster home.  She is still quite shy after the traumatic experiences she has been through, but thanks to her Amazing Foster, she is coming out of her shell more and more everyday.  She would probably do best in a home with kids over 10 years old since she is reactive to loud noises and could be easily frightened with rambunctious play.  Tipsy is already housebroken and does not chew on anything she is not supposed to when left alone.  She would do well in a quiet, calm home where she can just enjoy the company of her people.  If you are interested in Tipsy, we encourage you to research tripod dogs so you are fully aware of the responsibility needed for future potential health issues including arthritis and other issues that may occur later in life.  Amazing Grace Bully Rescue is a foster based rescue in the Pensacola, Florida area.  We do not have a physical building. Our adoption fee for Tipsy is $150 and includes her spay, current shots, and microchip.
