~~Hi there! My name is Jenkins. I'm about a year old, and was rescued from another shelter.  They say I’m a Labrador mix.  There is definitely a mix because I have slightly stubby nose, and I’m a little height challenged for a lab.  I do have the happy active personality of a Labrador.  I know some commands, and love to play with toys.  I can actually fetch and return toys.  I also have a cuddly side, and will throw myself at your feet for a good belly rub.  I do still have a lot of puppy in me, and I’ve not learned the art of playing gently.  So for now I will do best in a home without small children.  Come on by, and let’s meet.
