A5123485 Dover is a magnificent 5-year-old fawn-and-white male PitBull and American Bulldog mix who was found as a stray in Baldwin Park on October 21st and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center. Weighing 65 lbs, Dover is a happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys being with people. He also has fantastic social skills with other dogs--he loves to play with
them. Of course, this big hunk of love sailed through his shelter-administered temperament test. When he was out with our volunteers, he was quite mellow, but staff report this funny boy can also get quite a case of the zoomies! Dover walks respectably on leash (but could benefit from a brush-up on his leash manners to be an ideal walking partner) and appears to be housebroken. Dover will be a wonderful addition to any loving household eager for a happy, large dog to join the family. We think he will thrive with people who have had a larger-breed dog previously and appreciate all of the awesomeness of these breeds.
