Adopt a Labrador Retriever / Mixed

Meet Tuxedo! This handsome fellow is a 1 year old Lab mix. His foster says he's a lover and a leaner, as Tux just looooooves his people and leans into you for affection. Tuxedo has a hitch in his giddyup from an old injury to his front leg that healed incorrectly. It doesn't seem to bother him one bit, so don't let this slight limp deter you from this easy going guy! Because of this, he's not really a "long walk" kind of dog, he's ready to be done after about 30 minutes. Tuxedo just loves attention from anyone around and will gently give you his paw and ask to hold your hand. He wasn't a fan of getting a bath with a hose and wanted lots of cuddles afterwards to make up for it. Tux is friendly with other dogs and would love a fur-buddy to play and cuddle with. He's a funny and playful dude who just loves toys! He knows some commands like "sit" and "down" and is working on others in his foster home. Tux is housetrained with access to a yard. His foster leaves him in a crate or a bedroom when she leaves the house, but he has excellent house manners and can probably be trusted home alone uncrated with access to a yard. He is also fostered with a cat and completely ignores it. His foster says he's really as close to perfect as can be!
