Archie est un magnifique mâle, mais il a un "petit caractère de bum". Il vient d'une maison dans laquelle il y avait beaucoup de chats entassés dans deux chambres. Leroy et Archie étaient tous les deux dans cette maison où ils ont reçu peu d'attention et de caresses. Dans la dernière année et demie, Archie a fait de beaux progrès et il accepte maintenant les câlins. Il vient même vers nous pour se faire caresser. Malgré cela, il est toujours nerveux et anxieux en présence d’humains. Il se sent souvent en conflit puisque d'une part, il se méfie et en même temps, il aspire à recevoir de l’affection. Il a encore besoin de temps et de patience pour s’épanouir et devenir un chat socialisé et affectueux. Il est dans sa zone de confort quand il est avec d’autres chats. Il est actif et ludique et tend à chercher des caresses de leur part. Il lui faudra une maison spéciale avec des gens assez patients pour investir du temps et de l'énergie pour l'aider à s’épanouir. Si vous vous sentez prêt et capable de l’aider, s'il vous plaît, envisagez d’adopter ce beau Archie.

Archie is a good-.looking boy but a bit of a "tough" character, having come from a home with many cats crammed into two rooms. Leroy and Archie were in the same home and they received little attention and few if any caresses while in this home. In the past year and a half Archie has made progress and now accepts caresses and comes to be petted. Despite this, he is still nervous and anxious near people. He is conflicted since, on one hand he is afraid and at the same time yearns to be touched and receive cuddles. His development into a more socialized and friendly cat will take time. He is in his comfort zone when he is with other cats. He is active and playful and tends to seek caresses from other cats. It will take a special home who could take in Archie and be willing and patient enough to invest time & energy to help him become socialized. If you think you are willing and capable, please consider Archie or any one of the cats that need to become socialized.
