Starburst the Cat needs a home

Starburst is afraid of everything. He was abandoned, so we don't know anything about his history. We estimate that he was born in 2013. Upon arriving here at Cat World, he immediately climbed up into the rafters. But he even seems fearful of the other rafter cats. When he was in a cat tower, he would allow us to pet him. He's not aggressive, just very frightened. That must be such a lonely feeling. We're working with him slowly to try to socialize him. If Starburst finds a home, he would need to have very patient people.
