From the Foster:
Georgia is a sweet little peach with a Pantene-commercial worthy coat of black and chocolate brown fur—but don’t let her beauty queen good looks fool you. This girl is rough and tumble and ready for anything.
She came into our home already house-trained and will get into the crate with a treat or two. She’s obviously been in a crate before, since she waits politely and quietly to be let out. She was even able to sit still for a bath!
Being such a brave dog, I could see her loving outdoor adventures, swimming, and tagging along on bike rides/runs once the weather warms up. In the meantime, she’s loving diving into snowbanks and playing hard with all of her toys. She’ll likely do best with an active family that will spend the time to get their wiggles out with her, whether that’s walks, runs, training, or playtime.
She’s got a really great mix of fun, playful energy and affection. Her favorite thing to do is lean in for some kisses and pets. Her second favorite thing is to play tug. She loves it so much she even tries to do it with her leash right now. Her forever family will want to keep working with her on some basic obedience and leash training while she’s still got some of that puppy energy. Luckily, she responds to correction well and is so smart that she’ll likely do really well in classes.
Georgia is just a great young dog who is ready to learn how to fit into your life. She would do well with some gentle direction now and again but she’s an absolute doll and ready for her forever.
