Domestic Short Hair (medium coat) Cat

MARK the Cat needs a home

MEET MARK!

He is a very special 13 year-old tabby. He is the sweetest thing with all the benefits of a wise senior cat: super-chill, has his own predictable routine, and loves to be petted. Mark is diabetic, which is now very well controlled with 2 injections of insulin a day (he doesn''t even flinch!). Typically his foster mom gives these injections while he is eating. Mark knows his routine and the schedule on which he eats and will tap to wake you up for breakfast if needed. He is currently on a prescription canned and dry food for his diabetes.
During the day, Mark loves to lounge on the sofa and take a nap as well as spending time next to his people to watch TV, however, he is not a fan of being held. Mark will also show his affection by greeting you at the door when you come home. Play with a string or laser pointer and he will be a pal for life!

If you think you might be a good fit for this people friendly, dog friendly kitty and are able to put in a little extra effort to feed him a prescription diet and give him his insulin injections, then Mark is your man! Please call our Boston adoption center at 617-226-5602 to learn more.

**Please Note - Mark is in a foster home and arrangements will need to be made to meet with him.**
