Adopt a Alaskan Malamute / Siberian Husky / Mixed (short coat)

Alaskan Malamute / Siberian Husky / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Moose the Dog needs a home

Please note we do NOT adopt to homes with small animals including small dogs. No Exceptions.

Also Norsled does not adopt outside the Northern California/ Central California area.

Malamute

Moose is super mellow and relaxed and lives up to his name as he is a big moose! He knows sit, stay, shake, hi-5 and go to bed.  He walks well on a leash and really, really likes to be inside.  He is totally house broken. Moose is an extremely great and calm obedient dog. The only “bad” thing is within the past year he has become aggressive with other dogs especially on leash. He’s absolutely great with people and kids but not sure how he would do with another dog in a home because he’s turned a bit more alpha.  Also in the last year his stomach has become a little sensitive, right now he is eating Acana free run poultry.

Moose is about 7 years old and weighs 80+ pounds. He is an owner surrender due to a change in living arrangements and is being fostered in Salinas.  His family love him to death but know that he deserves more.

If you are interested in any of the dogs, the first step is to fill out an adoption questionnaire found on our website and email it back to [email protected]
