Peanut the Dog needs a home



I'm handsome and I know it!



Peanut is quite the handsome boy!  Very alert and smart, loves to play and explore, once he adjusts to his environment. Very bonded to his litter mate, Snickers.  He follows his foster mom everywhere.  When cuddling on the sofa, his paw must be touching her! He loves his toys, and will play catch by himself.  He loves tug of war, racing around the yard and rolling around in the grass.   He would love a home where he can go on walks, runs, play ball and be active with his bonded brother, Snickers.  A family with older kids would be perfect!   He bonds with one person at a time, so will need a little time to bond with a complete family.  He's a shy and reserved to begin with, and needs time to feel comfortable.  Sweet boy, looking for his forever home!



Peanut was born at his foster mom's and was adopted out with his brother, Snickers.  They have been together since birth.  Unfortunately, a divorce tore his family of over a year apart.  They are back with their original foster mom, loving it, being spoiled!  Peanut and Snickers would love to be adopted together so these lovable sweet boys don't have to deal with being torn apart from each other.

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.



It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.





NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.
