Adopt a Domestic Short Hair
Gibson the Cat needs a home
At some point when he was a kitten he belonged to someone. Someone made him the sweet and vivacious cat he is today. Perhaps they didn't take care of him like they should have, because in 2015 he was found living with a feral colony. His caretakers informed the women doing TNR (Trap Neuter Return) that he needed off the streets because he was so friendly. So he found a spot in rescue and was sent to two different homes, both of which could not keep him due to unforeseen circumstances. We want him to finally have the stability and love he deserves.
He was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex which has caused him to over-groom and get small lip sores. This is a lifelong but non-life threatening condition that will only require extra trips to the vet if he has outbreaks. Currently he is in remission and a low stress life seems to be the key factor for him. He is more than worth the slight bit of extra monitoring and will pay you back in love and laughter!
All cats have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, are current on shots, flea treated, and dewormed. An adoption fee applies. If you are interested in me, please send an email to the email address listed in the pet's description. If no email address is specified, please email [email protected]. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
