Adopt a Calico

Calico Cat

Molly the Cat needs a home

Molly was found in a business park in Santa Ana. She was originally taken to a shelter that was thought to be no kill. A few days later her kittens were found. The kittens were taken in by a foster but because Molly had been in the shelter they didn't know if she was exposed to illnesses while in there and it was recommended she not be reunited with her babies. She was rescued from the shelter but there was no room in foster for her. It appeared she was mishandled while in the shelter - she was boarded with ferals and now she is afraid of men (she wasn't before), but she does warm up pretty quickly. It is believed that Molly belonged to someone and they just dumped her off in Santa Ana. She has a sweet personality. She loves to be held, petted, and loves chasing a piece of rope around. She has been spayed. She is litter box trained. She has not had her shots. She has been staying in a spare bedroom, but now the bedroom will be used and unfortunately she cannot stay. She's been through a lot and deserves a loving home. If you are interested in adopting or fostering Molly, please contact Denise via email at [email protected].
