SANDY the Dog needs a home

SANDY is a sweet, laid-back, great senior dog about 10-12 yrs young. She's great in the house and loves car rides too. It appears she's deaf, but lives a very interactive life with the foster family and their pets. She adores being petted as she rubs her head on your leg. She enjoys other animals gentle company - both dogs and cats. Shes a quiet dog, we have yet to hear her bark. Even the groomer thought she's a terrific dog and let her hang out in the store between breaks. She loves a comfortable bed, a gentle house and loving people and pets.


She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, house-trained and even crate trained. The vet believes she may be 10-12 yrs old. We like to stay in touch with our adopters!

We primarily adopt locally to the Santa Fe, ABQ, Rio Rancho areas of New Mexico.
